  Extremely questionable service. I was told my bore could not be fixed and that I needed to get a new one, which they kindly offered to do for me. The owner of the business became defensive and aggressive when I questioned the need for this. I decided to get a second opinion from another repairer who magically was able to get my bore working in half an hour which he says was just a mater of reversing a switch that Virgin Water Bores had the wrong way.

  They located the bore replaced pump and submersible motor which was found to be U.S. and put every thing back in its place, you would not know they were there.
